Horizontal cutting (slicing)

Horizontal slicing of bakery products (e.g. for convenience food). It is equipped with rotating ultrasonic knives that enable efficient and precise slicing with minimal waste.

The ultrasonic cutting process avoids excessive product wastage without the use of oils, which could lead to contamination.

The products are guided in tracks and cut by rotating ultrasonic circular knives or cut open from one or two sides. Depending on the recipe.
